2011 Fun Run - 3rd Couch Potato Challenge
 
This is the 4th Couch Potato Challenge for OLSH Families and Friends of all ages and abilCouch Patato Chellengeities. Participants may Walk, Run or Run/Walk a 3.5km or 7km course around our beautiful Cornwall Park (click here for course map  details). At the finish, grab your free water and then its back to OLSH where you can nab a spot or even a performance prize, grab dinner and get amongst some old fashioned fun alongside our celebs.
 
How to Enter
 
This is a family event and we encourage families, including extended, to enter together, however individual participants are also very welcome.

Please complete the entry form online entry (click here) or enter by filling out the paper from that came home with your child (extras available from the School Office) and returning it to the School Office.
 
Entries close WEDNESDAY 7TH MARCH. We need time to print the tshirts and regretfully we cannot offer them to those who enter after this deadline.
 
If you are using a “paper” entry form and require more space please staple the additional details to this form or pick up additional forms from the School Office and staple your family group together. If you are entering online you can easily enter as many participants in your team as you wish.
 
Race Information
 
Location: Start and Finish at the Manukau Rd end of Cornwall Park.
 
Race Briefing:
Warm-up Exercises: 2:45 pm
 
Start Time: 3:00pm sharp. There will be a staggered start of walkers and runners for the 2 distances.
 
Safety: Pushchairs and strollers are welcome, however bikes, scooters and dogs are not permitted. A water station will be available for the 7km participants.
 
Transport and Parking: There is parking available within the park and adjacent to it.
 
After Race Party
 
Location: At OLSH.
 
Provided: Drinks and food, celebrities and lots of old fashioned fun!
 
Performance Race Prizes:
First Family to complete the 3.5km course.
First Family to complete the 7km course.
Individual category winners - first junior and senior girl/boy for each distance.
 
Spot Prizes and Certificates:
All participants will be eligible for fabulous spot prizes and these will be given on the day at OLSH and some will be signed by our International Sporting Legends.

OLSH PTFA School Lunch Orders
The PTFA run a school lunch program every Monday morning.

Children can come to the hall between 8.30 and 9.00am to place their orders (see Lunch Order Form for menu and prices) and their lunches will be delivered to their classrooms by the start of lunchtime.
